You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXSIVIA INC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be submitted to support@exsivia.com for informal resolution. Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration with the AAA. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
