At EXSIVIA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed with original packaging
  • In original condition as received

Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used, or swatched beauty products are not returnable. Items found opened will not be refunded or returned.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@exsivia.com with your Order Number and reason for return
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable service

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

Required: Clear photos of the item and shipping box/label must be included.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)

6. Exchanges

To receive a new item quickly, return the original item and place a new order. Direct exchanges depend on stock availability.

7. International Orders

  • International sales are generally final
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless defective

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Clearance or Final Sale items (unless defective)

9. Refused Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may incur restocking and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any approved refund.
